These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any purchase made via the website https://www.euro-negoce.fr, owned by EURONEGOCE DISTRIBUTIONS, which reserves the right to modify them at any time. Any order placed via the euro-negoce.fr website necessarily implies, as an essential and determining condition, the unreserved acceptance by the customer of these conditions of sale.
Characteristics of the goods and services offered.
The products and services offered are those that appear in the catalog published on the EURONEGOCE DISTRIBUTIONS website. These products and services are put on sale within the limit of available stocks.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.
Order:
Each order is accepted by EURONEGOCE DISTRIBUTIONS, if the purchaser:
Fills in the identification form on which he indicates all the requested contact details.
Validates his order after having checked it.
Makes the payment under the conditions provided.
For the purchaser, the validation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, in full knowledge of the facts and waiver of relying on his own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the validation recorded by EURONEGOCE DISTRIBUTIONS, will be proof of the transaction. The validation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. Each order is processed within a maximum of 48 hours. An acknowledgment of receipt confirming receipt of the order as well as the summary of the products ordered is automatically sent by e-mail to the customer. EURONEGOCE DISTRIBUTIONS undertakes to honour orders received within the limits of available stocks. If the product ordered is no longer available, the company undertakes to inform the customer by any means at its convenience. The customer may, if necessary, cancel their order and be reimbursed for the sums already paid no later than thirty days after the cancellation of the order. EURONEGOCE DISTRIBUTIONS reserves the right to cancel without notice any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. All information transmitted by the customer at the time of the order is binding on the customer. EURONEGOCE DISTRIBUTIONS cannot be held responsible for the consequences induced in the event of errors in the wording of the contact details of the recipient or debtor of the order. All orders are deliverable in mainland France and overseas areas exclusively as well as in Europe and outside the European zone.
Prices:
The prices listed in the catalog are inclusive of all taxes in euros, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. The VAT rate applied to the products corresponds to the rate in force in metropolitan France. Any change in the rate will be systematically reflected in the price of the products or services. These prices do not include shipping costs. These are calculated and displayed when ordering. EURONEGOCE DISTRIBUTIONS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Payment validation
Purpose
The validation of the payment by the Euronegoce Distributions Services allows the shipment of packages either to the Customer's home or to the collection point chosen by the latter.
Conditions
In order to limit the risks of fraud and to protect the interests of its Customers, Euronegoce distributions is required to carry out checks relating to the validity of payments made.
In the event of an inspection, the Customer is notified by email of the supporting documents to be sent (by email or by post) to Euronegoce distributions in order to allow them to definitively validate their Order.
Following this possible inspection:
Euronegoce reserves the right to accept or reject the Order.
In the event of non-receipt of the supporting documents within 48 hours, Euronegoce Distributions reserves the right to refuse validation of the payment and therefore to reject the Order.
In the event of receipt of documents deemed non-compliant by the Euronegoce Services, Euronegoce reserves the right to reject the Order.
Deadlines
The Customer is generally invoiced within 24 hours from the day of validation of the payment.
Payment.
Payment security
For the security of transactions, Euronegoce distributions uses Card Payment Services. Customers' bank details are encrypted on their own computer and then transmitted securely to PAY. This procedure is managed by SSL encryption technology, one of the most widely used and safest. Once the payment has been validated, the data relating to it is destroyed. This is why euronegoce distributions requests their data from its Customers, for each new Order.
7.2. Online payment by Card: Bank card (Carte Bleue, VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard, American Express)
In the event of online payment by Card, the Customer is required to provide the type of their Payment Card, the Payment Card number, the expiry date and the cryptogram.
Delivery times and costs.
The company EURONEGOCE DISTRIBUTIONS undertakes to deliver to the customer as soon as possible. The order preparation time after registration is a maximum of 48 hours, to which are added transport times. The online sale of products and services presented on the site is granted to buyers who reside in mainland France and in the overseas regions as well as the Europe and non-Europe zone. Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. The delivery address may be different from the billing address. The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the company's premises. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier and to Euronegoce Distributions within 48 hours of delivery. Delivery times are generally 48-96 hours after dispatch of the order but are given for information purposes only. If these exceed ninety days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed, except for specific and personalized or custom orders. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order. We offer different types of delivery such as: Shipping by Post, DPD, Mondial Relay, Geodis, Kuehne + Nagel with tracking number against signature for France and the Europe and non-Europe zone. See attached rates. When your order is shipped, a tracking number is provided to you, it allows you to follow the progress of your delivery that you can consult on the post office website.
Withdrawal:
Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from delivery, all orders for specific and personalized or custom equipment will not be taken back or exchanged. The return of products to the seller will be reimbursed with the exception of return costs remaining the responsibility of the buyer. The products must be returned to us in their original packaging at the following address: Euronegoce Distributions 14 rue du conditionnement 59610 Fourmies.
Delivery:
Transport and deliveries.
We use transport partners for the delivery of our sinks. We strap them onto pallets to avoid any delivery accidents and we insure our goods 100%. The only thing we ask of our customers is to carefully check the condition of the pallet and its contents in the presence of the delivery person before accepting the delivery! If you have any doubts, refuse the delivery and notify specific reservations on the transport slip, otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the goods are significantly damaged.
Delivery by carrier
In this case, if the Customer cannot be present on the day of delivery, he must choose an authorized person who will receive the delivery and assume all responsibilities incumbent on the Customer.
As soon as the Carrier and the Customer have agreed on an appointment at a date and time slot, the Customer must imperatively be present on the date and during the entire time slot set. In the event that the Customer is absent, the Carrier will not be able to make the delivery and any costs related to the organization of a new delivery would also be the responsibility of the Customer.
In the event that the accessibility conditions of the delivery location chosen by the Customer do not allow the Carrier to make the delivery of the Order. Delivery to the customer will be made at the property boundary. Delivery cannot take place but the delivery costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. These conditions may for example be: stairs too small or too narrow, entrance door or corridor too narrow, no elevator and high floor…
Upon delivery of the Product, the Customer must unpack the Product in the presence of the Carrier. He must then check the conformity of the Order delivered in the presence of the Carrier before signing the Delivery Note.
In the event of an anomaly concerning the delivery or pressure from the delivery person, the Customer must REFUSE the package and indicate his reservations in handwritten and detailed form, dated, explicit and accompanied by his signature on the delivery slip.

In the event of an anomaly or non-conformity, the Customer must refuse the package and must, as soon as possible on the same day of delivery, inform the seller of his complaint to the Customer Service of Sas Euronegoce Distributions at the following address: contact@euro-negoce.fr
The absence of complaints, the non-issuance of reservations on the part of the Customer means that the Product delivered is deemed satisfactory and cannot be the subject of any subsequent Claim. The Customer will not be able to issue a reservation to Sas Euronegoce Distributions after the carrier has left, even if the package has not been opened in the presence of the carrier. Indeed, if the customer has accepted the product without reservation, the transfer of ownership has taken place and Sas Euronegoce Distributions is then deemed to have fully fulfilled its obligations resulting from the sales contract, except in the event of subsequent enforcement of the legal warranty.
In this case, if the Customer cannot be present on the day of delivery, he must choose an authorized person who will receive the delivery and assume all responsibilities incumbent on the Customer.

special cases
Some Carriers do not ensure delivery to the floor. In this case, the package is handed over to the recipient at the bottom of the building. For Carriers ensuring delivery to the floor, this cannot be carried out in apartments located above the 5th floor without a lift or by cradle. The Customer must indicate the choice of delivery method when ordering. In any event, the Customer is required to ensure in advance that the main access to the delivery location he has chosen (in particular the size of his stairwell and his front door) allows the delivery of his Order.
Deliveries of bulky and/or fragile products made by a carrier other than La Poste are limited to mainland France excluding islands not connected to the continent by a bridge. (Ile d'Yeu, Ile de Porquerolles, etc.).
Guarantee:
In addition to the legal guarantee, in the event of non-conformity of an item sold, the latter may be returned to the company EURONEGOCE DISTRIBUTIONS which will take it back, exchange it or refund it, after prior agreement. All complaints, requests for exchanges or refunds must be sent by post and within thirty days from the delivery date, to the following address: Société EURONEGOCE DISTRIBUTIONS 14 Rue du conditionnement 59610 Fourmies.
Manufacturer warranties
If the breakdown occurs after the 3-month period following the date of receipt of the Product and within the period of the manufacturer's warranty listed on the Product sheet, the Customer must contact the After-Sales Service of the manufacturer of the Product*. In this case, the Customer may contact the Euronegoge Customer Service, which will make its best efforts to provide the request for support by the manufacturer, if applicable.
Euronegoce distributions is not responsible for the actions and decisions of the manufacturer's After-Sales Service.
Procedure for returning a Product (Conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal)
To exercise their right of return, the Customer needs a return number. This return number is essential to identify and process the return of the product as quickly as possible. It can be obtained from our Customer Service via the contact form in their customer account by selecting the "return request" option in the subject line or by telephone on 03 27 53 35 75. Customer Service will provide the Customer with a return number.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the Customer must return the package (at their own expense) to the address that will be communicated to them by Euronegoce Distributions
The Customer then has 15 days for Euronegoce Distributions to receive the Product.
When the Order for which the return is desired was delivered by post and the return is due to an error by Euronegoce Distributions or a non-conformity of the Product, Customer Service will send the Customer a Colissimo return slip allowing them to ship the Product free of charge. The Customer then has a period of 15 days for Euronegoce Distributions to receive the Product.
When the Order that is desired to be returned has been delivered by a Carrier and the return is due to an error by Euronegoce Distributions or a non-conformity of the Product, the return of the Product will be made at the expense of Euronegoce Distributions. To organize the return, the Customer must organize the appointment with the Carrier.
The Product must be returned to Euronegoce Distributions in a condition suitable for resale, i.e. in compliance with the return conditions set out below:
In its original condition, not damaged, deteriorated or spoiled
Inside its packaging which must be in good condition
With all the accessories that were attached
In perfect working order,
With its instructions
Any product received incomplete or in poor condition from a customer will not be accepted by our returns department.
The risks associated with the return of the Product, whatever the cause, are the responsibility of the Customer. If the Product is lost by the Carrier during this shipment, the Customer is solely responsible and cannot be reimbursed by Euronegoce Distributions.
In the event of exercising the right of return in compliance with the conditions stipulated herein, the Customer will be offered either a credit or a refund of the purchase amount.
If the Customer chooses a refund, Euronegoce Distributions will make every effort to refund the Customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Product.
If the Customer is refunded by bank re-credit, the speed with which the bank account is credited depends on the type of bank card the Customer has: in the case of an immediate debit card, the current account is credited within 14 days depending on the bank; in the case of a deferred debit card, the credit appears at the end of the month on the credit card account and not on the current account. If this refund takes longer, the Customer must contact their bank themselves.
If the returned Product does not reach Euronegoce Distributions within the time limits and conditions provided for in this Article 10, the Customer will not be able to be refunded or obtain a credit.
